Panthers are expected to sign Tedd Ginn Jr.
Ted Ginn Jr., who played with the Panthers during their division-winning 2013 season, is in Charlotte and is expected to sign with the team on Monday, according to Joseph Person of the Charlotte Observer.
Ginn, 29, also has drawn interest from Tennessee and his home-state Cleveland Browns since Arizona cut him last month following a disappointing season with the Cardinals.
