Eagles offering more than 10 million a year for Byron Maxwell
Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports reports that the Eagles are willing to free agent CB Byron Maxwell over $10 million per year to sign with them, which would be the top of the market in terms of salary.

Yesterday, Getlin reported that the Eagles are “definitely out in front” for Maxwell right now. This is starting to look like Byron Maxwell will be an Eagle.
