Could Tebow to the Philadelphia Eagles make people stop talking about a Mariota trade?

Tim Tebow end Mariota Talks? For the last several days, people have been saying that they do not believe Chip Kelly’s statement that Sam Bradford is the quarterback.  That statement could be a lie, since the Philadelphia Eagles head coach did state in 2013 that Nick Foles was his gunslinger for the next 1000 years, and then he traded him a year and half later.  Well there are still many who believe that Kelly’s new quarterback Sam Bradford could be dealt to the Titans for their second overall pick, but is Chip trying to send another message?

There are many ways to take this workout with Tim Tebow. Is Kelly just being a nice guy giving a former Heisman a work-out, or is there more to it?

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, said that if Chip Kelly wanted to end the Sam Bradford to the Titans rumors, then to put a No Trade Clause in the new contract of Sam Bradford and sign him to an extension.  Kelly did not do that though, instead a day after he brings in Tebow.

So now many will say, maybe he is bringing in Tebow to join Sanchez and Barkley so he can trade Bradford and still have a viable back-up.  Others might say he is just trying to keep the Eagles in the media, because in less than thirty minutes after it was reported by Adam Schefter, #TebowMania was trending on Twitter.

Is this Chip’s way to tell the world he is set at quarterback?

If the Eagles do sign Tim Tebow, I will not be able to believe anything Chip Kelly does until it is done. He is not afraid to make moves, but this move would be amazing. #GODBLESSTEBOW
