Chris Johnson dogs J.J. Nelson’s forty on twitter; But he is not the fastest
Chris Johnson is a fast guy, I will not take that away from him, but today after J.J. Nelson the small, 156 pound wide out from UAB wide out ran his 4.29 forty, the NFL sent it to CJ2K and he dogged the run.

Below are the best results at the Combine since 2000 according to Dane Brugler of CBs Sports. For comparison sake, and for something to keep in mind as times are announced the next few days, the 40 times announced during each combine are included in parentheses.
Fastest 40 Yard Dash Times, (2000-2012)
* = Underclassman
Best time (Announced time) — Player (Pos), School — Year
4.21 (4.34)- Trindon Holliday, (WR), LSU – 2010
4.22 (4.28)- Jacoby Ford, (WR), Clemson – 2010
4.24 (4.24)- Chris Johnson, (RB), East Carolina – 2008
Chris Johnson is not even the fastest ever at the Combine…..
