Raiders and Jack Del Rio have mutual interest
The Raiders officially asked permission to interview Broncos coordinator Jack Del Rio last night, according to ESPN’s BIll Williamson. The interivew will happen today according to Ian Rapoport.
Del Rio seems ready to become Oakland’s next head coach, as Williamson tweeted that he “really wants the job” before going on to write that Del Rio is covetting the position.

Del Rio, of course, is from the Bay Area and his parents are Raiders season-ticket holders (Thanksgiving must have been awkward the past three years).
