NFL Draft, NFL Trade Rumors, Scouting Reports & More

How come I cannot find a NFLPA certified agent to rep me?

Draft Diamonds LogoWe at NFL Draft Diamonds are doing something a little different this week.  We have been getting contacted by numerous players who are looking for representation.  So what we did was compile a list of guys that went out on our free newsletter that was sent out to NFL agents to help the players out.  Here is the list of players we cannot believe are still looking for an agent. Well we are going to put it on our site every once in a while and try to help some players land an agent and get a shot.

Shaquille Lewis – DB – Louisiana College – 6’1 – 195 pound ball hawk

Shaq recently was invited to the Dream Bowl, where he knocked the socks off of several scouts. He had a 76’ inch wingspan, 33 inch arms, a 37 inch vertical and a 10 foot broad jump. This is a very small school kid folks, but he broke the Louisiana College record last year with 14 interceptions.

AN NFL scout said this too me about Lewis:

He has great hips, good athleticism, and feet. He is physical and fearless. He definitely stood out when he competed. I know the CFL scouts were drooling over him, but I am not sure if he makes it to the CFL, he might be in a camp with the impressive numbers today.

Lewis found out yesterday he will be participating in both McNeese State pro day as well as Northwestern State!

James Kenner – RB – Stony Brook University

I was contacted this week by James Kenner a for JUCO transfer from ASA College. He is a 2015 NFL Draft Prospect looking for representation. He is a 6 foot, 205 back that played in 11 games this year taking carries away from former Iowa standout Marcus Coker. Kenner finished the season with 372 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns. Kenner is a Jersey native and really just wants a shot at the next level.

Gary White Jr. – CB – Eastern Michigan University

White is a nickel back that is 6’ and 200 pounds. He played in 9 games this season and finished the year with 16 tackles, 2 TFL, and one blocked field goal. He is a very solid special teamer as well, and could get a shot with a good pro day.

Nash Nance – QB – Hampden Sydney/Former University of Tennessee Transfer

Many of you might not remember Nash Nance, but he was a standout that landed a full ride to the University of Tennessee. Nance is a 6′ 3 1/2″ 218lb gun slinger. Two time All American Quarterback. Winner of the Lanier Award in Virginia. Offensive Player of the Year award for the South in Division 3. He is also a 3 time All Conference player.

Brandon Lucas – RB – West Georgia/Delta State/Santa Rosa JC

Lucas is a 5’8 scat back that weighs 175 pounds. He is a fast and had a great season with West Georgia. This season he racked up 419 yards and 6 touchdowns. He led the team to the Semi Finals losing to Colorado St. Pueblo. Lucas also added 95 yards and 1 touchdown through the air. He was a huge standout for Delta State before transferring. He had over 17 touchdowns.

Brady Grayvold – DB – Wisconsin – Whitewater

Brady finished 3rd overall in Player of the Year voting. The hard hitting ball hawk from Wisconsin-Whitewater does not want to look back at his life 20 years from now and say I should have tried to make it to the NFL. He will likely train on campus and is really looking for an agent to push him. He is a good kid and a very solid player. The Associated Press’ Little All-American first team. Grayvold, a senior, had seven interceptions and 53 tackles for the Warhawks. He is 5’11 and weighs 197, he will be a safety at the next level.

Garrett Safron – QB – Sacramento State University

The 6’2 190 pound gunslinger had a huge year throwing 269 passes for 3,490 yards and 34 touchdowns. He averaged 290.8 yards a game and also added 885 yards on the ground scoring 4 touchdowns. He is a very solid prospect that still needs to be given a shot.

Cedric Brittnum, OT, University of Akron

The 6’5, 320lb, right tackle at Akron started 8 games this year. He transferred from ASA College a JUCO from New York. He started every game there for two years at right tackle as well as center.

Josh Mann, C/G, Old Dominion

The 6’3 offensive mauler started 35 games for the former FCS powerhouse ODU. Mann is a very good interior lineman that can play 3 of the 5 positions in the NFL. He is very versatile.
