Jameis Winston is the best Quarterback in college football

I have watched film of almost every quarterback in the NCAA and there is no way I can put another quarterback above Jameis Winston.

The problem teams will run into will be his off the field incidents, but I feel that will not be that big of a problem in the top of the draft. The reason I feel that will not be a huge issue because this is a Quarterback League.

I feel the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will and should draft Jameis Winston first overall. While Winston hasn’t been as sharp this season (3,559 yards, 24 TDs, 17 interceptions, 65.4 completion percentage) as he was last season as a redshirt freshman (4,057 yards, 40 TDs, 10 picks, 66.9 completion percentage he still is a leader.

The guy has won every game of his career, and I feel he will exploit the Oregon defense. One GM told Peter King that he is impressed by him in this weeks MMQB.

“Oh, if I needed a quarterback, you bet your (expletive) I’d have boots on the ground in Tallahassee — a lot of them — as soon as he declared for the draft,” he said to SI. “Because on the field there’s something special there. The problem is can you ever trust him? Are you going to be able to sleep at night? That’s a rough deal with a quarterback.”

“There are some halves where he seems to be sleepwalking,” the GM told SI. “Then he’s brilliant for long stretches. I don’t get it.”

I don’t know about you, but Jameis Winston is the best QB in this draft, IF he declares.
