Arthur Blank has informed multiple parties that he plans on moving on from head coach Mike Smith at the end of the season, according to Jason LaCanfora.

Blank has also told some confidants that, for now, he expects to retain general manager Thomas Dimitroff, though it could be revisited through the hiring process.
One player mentioned to take over the reigns is Adam Gase. That is Peyton Manning’s offensive coordinator. I feel that is a bad idea, especially when Peyton calls his own plays most of the time.
