Dolphins fear the worst with the injury to Branden Albert

branden albertDolphins left tackle Branden Albert went down in considerable pain with a right leg injury in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the Lions. Albert had his knee rolled up and as a result, he was carted off the field with an injury. The Dolphins have ruled him doubtful for the remainder of the game.

This isn’t confirmed, but the consensus inside the locker room is that Branden Albert suffered a season ending knee injury. Not confirmed.

The Dolphins shifted its offensive line, moving rookie Ju’Waun James to left tackle. Dallas Thomas went to right tackle and Shelly Smith moved to left guard.

He left the game on crutches and we are hearing the Dolphins are fearing the worst with Albert’s injury.
