Lions make major changes on the offensive side of the ball; Fire several coaches
Today the Detroit Lions cleaned house. The coaches snapped and fired multiple coaches.
The team fired Offensive Coordinator Joe Lombardi, Offensive Line Coaches Jeremiah Washburn and Terry Heffernan as well.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Lions are promoting quarterbacks coach Jim Bob Cooter to offensive coordinator.
