Dolphins released more than a handful of players who will replace them?
The Miami Dolphins have signed some good players in free agency, but they had to give up a lot of starters. While they signed Ndamukong Suh and traded for Kenny Stills, the team has gaping holes.
Here is a list of players that are no longer on their roster:
- WR – Brandon Gibson – Patriots
- WR – Brian Hartline – Browns
- OG – Shelley Smith – Broncos
- OG – Nate Garner – Injured/Released
- CB -Cortland Finnegan – Retired
- LB – Phillip Wheeler – Released
- DT – Randy Starks – Released
- CB – Jimmy Wilson – Chargers
- WR – Mike Wallace – Traded to Minnesota
- LB – Dannell Ellerbe – Traded for Stills
While the Dolphins freed up Cap Space how will they replace these guys?
The team lost many players and right now they have a decision to keep Charles Clay or let him walk. At the end of the day, they cannot pay 14 plus million in tight ends.
