Cam Newton gets lucky; No serious injuries in car accident
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was reportedly involved in a car accident Tuesday in Charlotte, N.C., according to The Charlotte Observer.

The newspaper reports that a car crashed and overturned on Interstate 277 at 12:30 p.m. ET. A second car reportedly was also involved in the wreck.
Rescuers arrived on the scene and loaded Newton onto a stretcher and into an ambulance, per Jonathan Jones of The Observer.
