Jerry Jones says Deion could shut down Megatron
Calvin Johnson went off this Week against the Dallas Cowboys registering a 329 yard performance. This week on Tuesday Jerry Jones was asked in a weekly radio program whether he thought the Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders could’ve held his own against Megatron.
“Yes, I do,” Jones said on KRLD-FM. “Deion had such catch-up speed, and he had real good centerfield ability, and I mean that in baseball term but in football sense. He could really play the ball and he had such the ability to get in position to play the ball. Now, you’re talking about the greatest cover guy maybe that’s ever played this game,” Jones continued. ” … But I do think he could do a real good job on Johnson. Johnson’s going to get some probably, but I think he could do a great job.”
I honestly agree with Jerry Jones. I believe the Deion Sanders could’ve easily held his own against Megatron in his prime. What do you think team diamond members could Deion hold Megatron?
