Pittsburgh Steelers rookie linebacker Jarvis Jones could miss Ravens game

Last week Jarvis Jones was diagnosed with a concussion suffered during last week’s win against the New York Jets, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Jones must pass the league-mandated concussion protocol to be cleared. The rookie participated in an “exercise challenge” Thursday per the Gazette, which is part of the process. Jones said he was injured on a kickoff in last week’s win, but the Steelers said they weren’t alerted of symptoms until Monday.

If Jones cannot go, the Steelers will miss his edge presence, especially with how suspect the Ravens O-Line has been.  It is looking like Jones could definitely play if he clears the protocol, but the Steelers could hold him out to make sure he is healthy.
