Photo released of man who killed Adrian Peterson’s son
What a horrible story, but it get’s worse. Today the man who killed the son of Adrian Peterson’s past history was released by a Sioux Falls newspaper.
Joseph Robert Patterson, 27 of Sioux Falls, South Dakota is very familiar with the police department.
He was arrested in 2004 for violating a protection order, but that was later dropped by the prosecutor. A 2012 arrest for aggravated assault was also dismissed by a prosecutor.
Patterson has served time in jail for Eluding officers in 2010. He was also sentenced to five days in jail after pleading guilty to simple assault last year.
Patterson could face the Death Penalty if found guilty. South Dakota has had Capital Punishment in place since 1979.
