Packers claim fourth round WR Chris Harper off waivers
Today the Green Bay Packers claimed former Seattle Seahawks draft pick Chris Harper.

Harper was released by the Niners so they could sign a defensive lineman. Harper was originally a fourth-round draft pick of the Seattle Seahawks in April and spent training camp with the team before being released during final cuts. Seattle had re-signed Harper to their practice squad before the 49ers offered him a spot on their 53-man roster.
