McNeese State tight end becomes 82nd underclassmen to declare

According to the American Press, McNeese State’s junior tight end Nic Jacobs will forgo his senior season and enter the 2014 NFL Draft.

Jacobs, transferred to McNeese St. from LSU last year after spending his first 2 years with the Tigers.  Last year for McNeese he caught 32 passes for 453 yards and scored 4 touchdowns.

The 6’5, 260 pound tight end received very good draft grades. The report says while his name does not appear on any official list, he has until January 15th to have the paperwork ready..
