Joey Bosa and the Chargers are finally talking…..YEAH
Joey Bosa and the San Diego Chargers have been beefing for the past several weeks, a matter of fact they haven’t even talked, but that has changed now. According to USA Today the two sides are speaking after previously giving each other the silent treatment for more than two weeks.
Bosa’s case was starting to turn sour, when his mother, Cheryl, wrote in a Facebook post: “Wish we pulled an Eli Manning on draft day.”
Manning, of course, was the quarterback who refused to play for the Chargers after being drafted No. 1 overall, which fueled the trade to the New York Giants that landed their QB now Phillip Rivers.
This is good news that the two sides are talking, but it is pretty wild to say the least. It will be interesting to see if the Chargers can get him signed to a long term deal.
