STATISTICS

Where are you from?

New London, CT

Who is your role model, and why?

My older brother is my role model because he was forced to grow up and be a father figure to me at a young age and he paved his own way to college with no guidance

Did you play any other sports growing up?

I played basketball, baseball, and ran track

Did you play any other positions in football?

I was a pretty good hs safety and receiver and I did returns as well.

At your position, what separates you from others?

I have next level speed and I tackle like a safety.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I look for tendencies and route combinations. For example I try to see what routes guys like to run vs press and off, and at what yardage they like to run them at.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Chris King / Tyler Dube

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

I like to see myself as a Tyrann Mathieu / Jason Verret kind of player because of their size and innate ability to make plays all over the field. They play with an extra chip on their shoulder just like myself

v5ulte4k915mow8gDo you have any pre-game rituals?

On the bus ride to the stadium i like to watch highlights and imagine myself making those plays and then once the bus stops, it’s straight to the tunes

All the obvious obstacles of being overlooked and underestimated because of the size and prestige of your school. I play my same game regardless of my opponent.

My lack of size

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I’m not looking for a jersey or a roster spot.. I’m looking to make plays and contribute in every way possible. The size of the dogs heart is much more valuable than the size of the actual dog.

My favorite player growing up was Troy Polamalu and of course my favorite team is the Pittsburg Steelers.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

I would buy my mother and grandmother a family home
