Jets will not fire Rex Ryan in season, he will finish out the season
The New York Jets organization is being a loyal supporter. They will not fire Rex Ryan during the season according to GM John Idzik. This is good for Rex Ryan, but if I were him I would resign. Rex deserves better in my opinion and his GM is a nincompoop.

John Idzik says they “won’t judge job status in-season.” Confirms Rex won’t be fired until after the 2014 product is finished.
Rex has never lost the locker room, but let’s face it the GM has to go. He needs to let off the leash. The GM’s have always had Rex by a short leash and they need to let him breathe a little. I agree with this statement.

Give Rex a few players in free agency and a good quarterback (Veteran) and he will win.
