Jaguars owner says he would be fine with signing Colin Kaepernick
The Jacksonville Jaguars have a horrible quarterback situation right now. They have Blake Bortles, and Chad Henne competing for the starting job and neither of them seem to want it. Well tonight Mike Dempsey asked the Jaguars owner Shad Khan if he would be open to signing Colin Kaepernick and he said absolutely.
Just saw Jags owner Shad Khan. Asked him if his football people recommended signing Kaepernick, would he be OK w/ it. Answer: “Absolutely.”

Mr. Khan stated that while he would not have done what CK did, he respected his right as an American to express himself.

While that sounds amazing, is it just a stunt to ease the minds of fans? Because according to this tweet, Jaguars owner Shad Khan donated 1 million dollars to the Trump campaign. Trump said he doesn’t want Kaepernick signed.
The NFL owners of the following teams gave ONE MILLION DOLLARS to Trump: Redskins, Jaguars, Texans, Patriots, Jets and Rams. #ImWithKap
