Jacksonville Jaguars might finally sell out their stadium with new roster
The Jacksonville Jaguars are not playing around this year. They have a new look on their helmets, they finally have a quarterback who is a Florida native in Blake Bortles. The team sounds like they are moving away from Justin Blackmon, and they drafted several key pieces which should make you happy if your a Jaguar fan. The team finally removed the tarps they have on the top level and they are hoping to fill the stadium.
At the mini camp this week they had a record 6,214 fans, the most to ever watch a Jaguars rookie mini camp and nearly 2,000 more to attend a training camp session. This made the Jaguars brass happy. The teams play by play caller Brian Sexton added this,
“This feels like it felt like it did in 1996 because of the enthusiasm that something better is on the way,” said Brian Sexton, the team’s play-by-play radio announcer for the franchise’s first 19 seasons.
I hope the Jaguars do get on track. I hope all the small market teams make it to the playoffs this year.
