Cal Busby. He loves what he does and works hard to help his students get where they need to be both in class and life.

Track & Field and Lacrosse
Who was the toughest player you ever faced?
I played some good competition. One that stands out was Michael Joseph, University of Dubuque

What is the one song that would fire you up before the biggest game of your life?
March Madness – Future
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
Adam Thielen. With sure hands and is a very technical route runner, we both get where we need to be, on time, to be a consistent and reliable target.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
Going to college and meeting new people was tough but with football or any sport you always had a group with similar interests and the same competitive passion. Football can make anywhere feel like home.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
Pre-game catches in route mesh with the quarterbacks and team prayer.
What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?
Week 2 facing Illinois College I completed a 1 handed catch for a touchdown that was a finalist for
D3 play of the week.
What is the coolest thing you ever did off the field for someone else?
Working with the Retirement Home near campus, we get to hang out and hear interesting stories from people who have a lot of knowledge to offer.
