Where do you play college football?

I Play Football at Henderson State University.

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Every summer I coach my youth football team that I played with when I was younger. Being able to help the young athletes and give them insight on football is the coolest thing I have ever done

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Biology

Where are you from?

North Little Rock, Arkansas

Who is your role model, and why?

My role model is my mother. The adversity she has seen in her lifetime is much more than most can handle. I witnessed the struggle first hand and not once did she give up. That’s what motivates me and shows me that I can overcome any obstacle

Basketball and Track

At your position, what separates you from others?

What separates me from other players is my determination to get to the ball and make plays. My drive is unmatched and I am going to get to the ball and make the play every snap

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

Difference in the O-Line coming of the ball in runs and passes, QB’s favorite targets, tendencies and hand signals

garyIf you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

If I could compare myself to someone in the NFL it would be Calvin Pryor because of my ability to come downhill and hit and make plays on the ball as well

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Listen to music and watch highlights film

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

Being overlooked because I went to a small school or not getting recognition because I play at a lower level

What is your biggest strength?

My football IQ and understanding of the game

What is your biggest weakness?

Size

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I am a competitor that hates to lose and will invest all time and effort into to my craft to ensure that my team wins. I have a motor that doesn’t stop and always go 100% and push my teammates to make them better.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Favorite player growing up was Sean Taylor

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Sean Taylor, My Grandpa, Altee Tenpenny

With your first NFL paycheck what would you buy?

I would move my mom into a better house.
