Ex-Jets linebacker David Harris said he accepted Patriots offer on the spot

David Harris said going to the Patriots was a no-brainer. Let’s face it the former Michigan linebacker had to be upset about his years with the Jets.  In the AFC East, you have to become jealous of the Patriots, who seem to win the division every year. Harris said when the Patriots called with an offer, it was a no-brainer.

“They reached out to me and I pretty much accepted on the spot that I wanted to play there,” Harris said, via WoodTV.com. “Great organization. They’re the gold standard of the NFL. Why wouldn’t you want to be a part of that?”

Can you blame him for accepting the deal on the spot?
