Dolphins continue their cutting spree by AXING Mario Williams

Mario Williams has been axed

Branden Albert was the first cut, then Earl Mitchell was next and now the Dolphins cut two more.

According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins are also releasing veteran DE Mario Williams and CB Ifo Ekpre-Olomu.

Williams played college football for North Carolina State University, and was selected first overall by the Houston Texans in the 2006 NFL Draft. He is a four-time Pro Bowl selection.

Dolphins have cleared $20.165 million of cap room today.
