Where do you play college football? 

Emporia State University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field? 

Be a mentor to a third-grade elementary student

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Finite Math

Where are you from? 

Indianapolis, IN

Who is your role model, and why? 

My mother because she was tough raising me at such a young age and she proved a lot of people wrong about her future.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Basketball, wrestling, and track 

Did you play any other positions in football?

Defensive Tackle 

At your position, what separates you from others?

Finishing blocks and dominating my opponent till the end of the whistle.  

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

The defensive front, Positive plays by the defense, Rate each DL and LB best to average. I also look at their top moves from third and long on passing down.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

Randy Gregory

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why? 

Jason Peters because he physical and run blocks well.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Not qualifying out of high school and went Juco. Graduated in a year and a half to move on to go to Indiana University to get my 4 year degree. I overcame it but focusing more and put more time in to school and not just football. 

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

I call my mom before every game before we run out to warm up

What is your biggest strength? 

Finish and sustaining blocks

What is your biggest weakness? 

Body control

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say? 

I’ve been the underdog all my life and I work my butt off to find a way to get the job done. I’m very dedicated and would show the passion to play for your team.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up? 

Michael Vick

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

My cousin Brandon, My aunt Barbra, and Barack Obama

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

Something special for my grandfather for doing so much for me
