Cowboys have released defensive tackle Amobi Okoye
The Dallas Cowboys announced Wednesday that they have released defensive tackle Amobi Okoye.
Okoye, was a former first-round pick of the Texans back in 2007, but now at the age of 27 his opportunities are running out.
He hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since the 2012 season when he was playing for the Chicago Bears. Since then, he has been attempting a comeback following a serious medical condition, but has had a tough time recovering. He might be faced with retirement.
