Could the Patriots trade Aaron Dobson to the Chiefs?

dobsonThe New England Patriots have been very upset with Aaron Dobson, so much that they have made him inactive multiple times this season. Yesterday, was the latest healthy scratch this season for Dobson.

The New England Patriots selected Dobson in the second round, with the 59th overall pick, of the 2013 NFL Draft. Dobson suffered a foot injury in week 12 against the Broncos and missed weeks 13-15. Dobson appeared in 12 games (started 9) with 519 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns during his rookie campaign in 2013.

Teams could be interested in Dobson, one team that really makes sense to me is the Kansas City Chiefs.  The Chiefs rely too much on Dwayne Bowe and Donnie Avery who has been banged up this year.  If the team could land a deep threat like Dobson they would finally have a solid number two wide out.  They could be dangerous and he could likely be had for a late round pick.
