Who is your role model, and why?

My dad, he’s the most hardworking man I know and he’s done everything to provide for my mom, me and my brother.

Who was your favorite teacher?

Mrs. Epperson, my 2nd grade teacher. I still talk to her til this day.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

I play basketball my whole life up until college.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Jordan Siegel from Truman. It was just a fun matchup all game.

Who is the most underrated player on your team?

Easily Matt Lechuga. He can do it all on the field, return kicks, run routes, etc.

What is the one song that would fire you up before the biggest game of your life?

Ready- B.O.B.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Jordy Nelson or Fitz, possession receiver that can attack the ball and come down with tough catches.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Breaking my leg, wrist and my best friend and grandma dying all within a year span. I got through it by just trusting God and continuing to persevere and work.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Yoga stretches and prayer.

What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?

Go-ahead TD against the defending champions Indianapolis my junior year. Scramble drill and it was a perfect deep ball by my QB TJ.

What is the coolest thing you ever did off the field for someone else?

My boy Jared, who is a special needs kid asked me for a football after a game this season so I took one to his school before my last game and autographed it. His parents are hiding it and giving it to him for Christmas this year.

Who was your favorite NFL team growing up?

The Dallas Cowboys easily.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

My friend Billy, Barack Obama, and Drake.
