Buccaneers are trying to unload Freeman
Today NFL Media’s Albert Breer reported that the Bucs have been actively shopping Freeman and could try to unload him before their Week 6 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Freeman acknowledged last week that there was some discussion about a trade, and Fox Sports reported Sunday that the quarterback has requested to be traded or released.
This is not news, but the Bucs are not smart. Just yesterday someone from inside their front office tried to tarnish his rep by saying he is in the NFLs substance group. This could get ugly fast.
