Breaking: Packers are working out former HBCU Standout WR Manasseh Bailey

The Green Bay Packers are working out wide receiver Manasseh Bailey the former Morgan State standout!

We are learning that former Morgan State wide receiver Manasseh Bailey is in Green Bay working out for the Packers this week.

Bailey a former Morgan State wideout, clocked 4.39 seconds in the 40-yard dash which landed him a contract as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Bailey is a speed demon with deep threat ability. Last year, Bailey was invited to the HBCU Scouting Combine in Miami, but it was cancelled due to COVID-19.

Bailey did get to play in the SPIRAL Tropic Bowl though and he finished the game with three receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown. Bailey hauled in a nice 25 yard touchdown pass from Joe Flacco’s brother Tom. Leading up to the NFL Draft, we thought Bailey had a legit shot at hearing his name called in the draft.

As a senior last year with Morgan State, Bailey finished the season with 996 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns on 54 receptions. Bailey is one of the best HBCU players in the 2020 NFL Draft. I am shocked he is not on a team. I think he can make the Packers team.
