Broncos great Champ Bailey decides to call it a career

baileyIn five years from now, Champ Bailey will be inducted into the Hall of Fame as one of the best shut down cornerbacks to ever play the game. Today Champ decided to hang up his cleats and call it a career after 15 amazing seasons. Bailey was drafted in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins. In 2004, he was traded to the Denver Broncos, who released him in early 2014 following Super Bowl XLVIII. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints shortly after, but was released before the start of the regular season. Bailey has been selected to 12 Pro Bowls, the most for any cornerback, and is widely regarded as one of the best cornerbacks in NFL history.
