Bills look at talent in draft, not red flags

The Buffalo Bills are that point that they will try anything to win. The team usually never touches anybody with a character concern but that’s changed underneath Doug Whaley.

Over the past couple years the Buffalo Bills have drafted several guys with red flags.

This year the Bills traded up to draft Sammy Watkins who was arrested last year for possession of a controlled substance.

The team didn’t stop there they then traded down from their original pick in the second round and landed Alabama’s Cyrus Kouandjio. Kouandjio fell because one of his knees, is in very bad shape.

The team then waited till the fifth round and drafted Cyril Richardson of Baylor.

Richardson has been criticized all year because of his fluctuation of weight. If he can keep it down, you get a hell of an athlete but he has problems keeping his weight down.

The Bills then made their final selection in the draft where they took Seantrel Henderson from Miami. Henderson could not even complete his pro day work out.

The Buffalo Bills are taking a major risk in this draft, but if they hit they will look like geniuses.

The Bills are trying to put the past aside and look at the future.

The team even traded for Bryce Brown the former Philadelphia Eagle who was in trouble for fighting dogs, and Mike Williams from the Buccaneers who was recently stabbed by his brother.

Listen the Bills could have a group of misfits, that could either shine in the field or implode. If they can come together and play well, this team could shock many, but someone is going to have to step up and be a leader.
