What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Really the love for the game. It does so much for not just me but the world and people around me. It brings everyone together, from the fans to my locker neighbor.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

I’m looking forward to being the greatest player to ever play the game.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Fred Warner or Micah Parsons. Ever since those guys were in college I’ve been keeping an eye on them and watching a lot of film. More importantly they seem like great people who would give me great football and life advice.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My sophomore year at Virginia we played Virginia Tech at home. We haven’t beaten them in 15 years and my coaches trusted me to play just about every position on the field that game. I had a couple of sacks and interception to seal the game.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mother and my brother. My mom has been working endless hours my whole life and I’m very excited pay her back for everything. I’ve seen my brother go through a lot and still manage to pick himself up and keep going.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

3-4. It gives guys like me the ability to do a lot as far as pass rushing and dropping into coverage. It can confuse quarterbacks and a lot of offensive schemes.

What should we know about Noah Taylor the person?

I’ll do whatever it takes to take care of the people around me. I love playing the sport of football but I also love what it can do for my friends and family.

What stands out about your film the most?

There’s nothing I can’t do! I have film playing inside and outside backer. Nickel and safety and also a true 5 technique. I don’t think anyone in the country can say the same.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

God. He holds me down and reminds me of everything to do and not to do.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A very hard worker whose willing to do anything and play anything to do what’s best for the team rather than my own successes.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

What it does for people and how it brings everyone together. It gives fans something to do and have a passion for thursday- sunday. It gives kids across the country a dream and a chance who would other wise have nothing.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Joey Blount. He plays for the Seahawks and is one of the best players I’ve been around. He hasn’t been able to showcase it yet because of injuries. But once that goes away I think he’ll be one of the greats.
