What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2023 NFL Draft?

I think what could make me a top quarterback prospect would be my arm talent. I can spin it with the very best of them and have the ability to make every throw on the field with ease.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I first became interested in the game of football when I was 6. That is when I first began to play flag football.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

NFL teams should know that my love for the game is what is going to push me every day to be the best version of myself I can be and I will not allow myself to fail in this journey no matter the circumstances.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

The best advice I have ever received is that “you only get one life don’t waste it trying to please other people. Follow your heart and do what’s best for you”.

Who was your childhood hero?

My childhood heroes growing up were my parents. They were always there for me and have molded me into the person I am today.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

The most underrated teammate in my locker room is Jake Deativeux. I take pride in working harder than the rest but Jake is always right there with me working his tail off every day.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

My biggest pet peeve is wasted opportunities. An opportunity is never lost it is just given to someone else so why would I or anyone else allow that to happen when those opportunities can only better our lives?

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

I think the hardest moment in my life was learning how to deal with the loss of a loved one. My cousin passed away unexpectedly when I was younger and it was the first time someone close to me had passed away. It was tough dealing with all those new emotions at a young age.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you.

Western Illinois is a unique place because it is not like most schools. There is nothing to do at Western Illinois but work hard and try and make a better life for yourself. You may not get the lavish college lifestyle but you will learn what it takes to make the most of your situation.

What is your favorite snack food?

My favorite snack food is Pizza

What is the best part of football?

The best part of football for me is winning games. There is no other adrenaline high and sense of elation that I can get anywhere else in life.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

Henry Ogala is someone who is so motivated to play at the next level that it borders on an obsession, I would never bet against him to achieve his dreams.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

I think me and Aaron Rodgers have similar playing styles where we are athletic but we prefer to win games from the pocket and have the ability to read the field and make every throw on the field.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

My three people to have dinner with would be Aaron Rodgers so I could pick his brain on throwing mechanics, Lebron James because he has cultivated the ideal lifestyle in my eyes, and Barack Obama because he has been the most powerful man in the world and knows what it feels like to have the entire world watching you.
