Could Derek Carr be traded very soon? There seems to be quite a bit of suitors

Derek Carr is being pushed out of Las Vegas, and let’s face it the conversations to move him are starting to gain some smoke.

This week, SI.com’s Albert Breer said that the Raiders General Manager Dave Ziegler will be in attendance to several all-star games to talk about potentially moving the gunslinger.

“As things advance, I’d think three of the NFC South teams (Saints, Panthers, Buccaneers) could throw hats in the ring,” Breer wrote. “And maybe the Jets would, too (the Commanders and Colts are two others to consider, though they might be gun shy given their recent strikeouts on trades for second-chance veteran QBs).”

Breer is just confirming the news that Adam Schefter broke this past week. Schefter from ESPN claims that Carr is expected to be traded despite having 40.4 million in guaranteed money on February 15th.

The Raiders would be crazy not to deal him at this point. They do not have much leverage.
