Tua Tagovailoa was the biggest Pro Bowl snub this year | Dolphins will save 6 million because of the snub

I am a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan and Tua Tagovailoa is definitely a Pro Bowl quarterback. He led all voting from the fans, and he was not one of the three AFC quarterbacks selected.

This kind of pissed me off, because he has played outstanding this year. It is hard for me to write this, but it is true. I respect the heck out of the guy. He was crushed in the first Bills game, and had to battle through a serious concussion. Tua has thrown for 3,238 yards and thrown 24 touchdowns to just 5 interceptions.

There is good news because the Dolphins are about to save 6 million in salary cap because he was not selected to the Pro Bowl. According to Daniel Oyefusi a Dolphins beat reporter, Tua’s salary would have went up from 22 million to 28 if he would have made the Pro Bowl. If he is called up as an alternative it will not count, so this is a big savings for the Dolphins, but I wonder if they will honor it since he has played so well.

The quarterbacks selected were pretty amazing in Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow, but Tua played his butt off and led the fan voting. I think he deserves the money. Do you?
