Rob Gronkowski claims he does not have the “itch” to return to the NFL
Rob Gronkowski fired up the social media world when he posted he was bored on Twitter. The media immediately began retweeting it, and posting it in articles with conspiracy theories.
The legendary tight end even received calls from two NFL teams to see if he was going to come back. They began calling his agent too! Well, Gronkowski is currently retired and he admitted this week he really does not have the itch to return to the NFL.
Gronk told Kay Adams, he is happy in retirement.
“I don’t really have an itch to go back, I’m sure if I did I would’ve went back already,” Gronkowski said. “I’m not really prepared right now to go back at all either, the mindset, mentally or physically, not prepared at all.”
Gronk has already come out of retirement once, but if the Buccaneers starting making a playoff push would that give the legendary tight end the itch? It makes you wonder. He looks like he is still in great shape.
