Andy Reid’s son will plead guilty to felony DWI that left a little girl seriously injured | Faces 7 years in prison

Ariel is AWAKE! Britt Reid should be thankful, because the young girl injured in a DWI accident is alive and alert.

Former Kansas City Chiefs coach Britt Reid the son of the well-respected coach Andy Reid has plead guilty to felony DWI and is facing up to seven years in prison.

According to TMZ Sports, his attorney announced Reid is sorry for his actions that seriously injured a five year old girl.

“Mr. Reid is sorry for his actions,” said J.R. Hobbs, Britt’s lawyer, “and hopes that his plea brings some sense of justice to all those he affected.”

Britt was drunk, he had a BAC score of .113 and was traveling 83.9 miles per hour in a 65 MPH zone.

The 37-year-old son of Andy Reid initially had plead not guilty. Tom Porto the attorney for Ariel told Good Morning America that Ariel Young likely has permanent damage “that she will endure for the rest of her life,”

The Chiefs said back in Nov. 2021 that they are making sure Young is taken of “for the rest of her life.”

Please keep Ariel in your prayers, and hopefully Britt realizes his actions could have been worse.
