Houston Texans are now being sued by a woman claiming the team enabled Deshaun Watson to sexually assault female masseuses
Toi Garner claims that during a November 2020 massage, Deshaun Watson assaulted and harassed her by aggressively exposing his naked body to hear, purposely touching her with his penis, and ultimately ejaculating on her.
That has sparked a new added segment into the Deshaun Watson case. The Houston Texans are now getting slammed with a lawsuit because the woman is claiming the team enabled Watson’s sexual misconduct against her and other female masseuses.
Garner is claiming that the Texans are to blame partly for Watson’s actions.
Guess who her attorney is? YEP, you guess it! Tony Buzbee the same person representing the females against Watson. The lawsuit claims that the Texans not only turned a blind eye they actually assisted Watson in his egregious behavior.
The suit claims despite the fact the Texans were well aware of Watson’s conduct, they allowed him to use one of their massage tables and provided a non-disclosure agreement to Watson which he then “pressed women to sign at the massage sessions.”
Buzbee released this statement:
“Suffice it to say, the overwhelming evidence collected indicating that the Houston Texans enabled Watson’s behavior is incredibly damning. We believe the Texans knew or most certainly should have known of Watson’s conduct. Beyond that, we believe the filing speaks for itself.”
This situation is looking worse and worse for the NFL, no wonder why they want to suspend him for the entire year.
