According to reports, Hasani Brewer aka Sunny Gant was an 18-year-old football player who died after being shot outside of Middle Tennessee State University’s Murphy Center following his school graduation.
Brewer was a senior offensive lineman on the Riverdale High football team. He leaves behind his mother, a brother who was like his best friend and a little sister.
A 17-year-old suspect was arrested for the fatal shooting of Hasani. His name was not released by the police because he is a minor.
