Caleb Williams is headed to California to play for his old head coach. Pete Thamel of ESPN is reporting that Williams will transfer to USC.
Williams told ESPN, “I wanted to go somewhere I thought would provide me with the best development both on and off the field, Getting to know Coach Riley and gaining familiarity with his offense definitely played a part in my selection, as well as already knowing some the guys on the team.”
Williams has registered for classes and is good to go! IT will be interesting to see how USC does with Travis Dye in the backfield. USC Trojans could be back. They have some studs over there, and Riley has now added 13 transfers from the portal since arriving at USC in November.
