McKenzie Milton will be back at the Bounce House in January to finish out his final collegiate game where it all started. The 2022 Hula Bowl announced that McKenzie Milton was returning to Central Florida to play in the 76th Annual Hula Bowl.

McKenzie Milton moved me in my life, I look up to him even though he is a lot younger than me. KZ went through a very tragic situation but was able to dig deep and find peace. After watching him speak at the Better Man Event, it truly changed my life. I was holding hatred in my heart for a situation that happened back in 2000, and watching McKenzie forgive the player that injured him on stage made me really re-evaluate my life and where I stood as a Christian. McKenzie exemplifies the Lord on and off the field, and while many believed that his career was over, I believe that it is just beginning. McKenzie Milton means everything to Central Florida, and he should. He helped put UCF on the map when it comes to college football. As a collegiate athlete he was in the Heisman race, he led his team to an undefeated season. He helped turn around the franchise. In 2015, UCF was 0-12 and in 2017, Milton led the Knights to a perfect 13-0 record. If that is not leadership then I don’t know what is. He is a true man of faith, he is coming back to Orlando, and we as football fans have to send him off right. We have to give him a standing ovation, we have to let him experience running out that locker room one more time. We have to give back to McKenzie what McKenzie gave to us as fans. I am a fan, I believe in him, and I know the UCF faithful would agree with me that he is loved here. – Damond Talbot, Director of Scouting
