Mayo, Music City, Peach, and Las Vegas Bowl Matchup Previews Thursday, December 30th

Mayo Bowl- University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill vs University of South Carolina 

We have the Tar Heels up against the Gamecocks. The North Carolina offense includes grad running back Ty Chandler who has 1,063 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns and sophomore wide receiver Josh Downs who has 1,273 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns. Defensively for the Gamecocks they have redshirt senior defensive back Jaylan Foster who has 90 tackles,5 TFLs and 5 interceptions and redshirt junior defensive back Darius Rush who has 25 tackles and 7 PBUs. The South Carolina offense has senior wide receiver Josh Vann who has 679 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns. Defensively for the Tar Heels they have sophomore linebacker Cedric Gray who has 86 tackles, 4 TFLs and 3 PBUs.

Music City Bowl- Purdue University vs University of Tennessee 

Going to be a good one in Nashville,TN. Volunteers offense has redshirt junior wide receiver Cedric Tillman who has 931 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns. Defensively for Purdue they have senior linebacker Jaylan Alexander who possesses 94 tackles, 7.5 TFLs and 5 PBUs and junior defensive back Cam Allen who has 56 tackles and 4 interceptions. Junior wide receiver Milton Wright who has 732 receiving yards and 7 touchdowns for the Boilermakers. Defensively for Tennessee they have senior defensive back Theo Jackson who has 73 tackles, 11 PBUs and 9 TFLs and senior defensive back Alontae Taylor who has 60 tackles and 6 PBUs.

Peach Bowl- Michigan State University vs University of Pittsburgh 

We have the Panthers up against the Spartans. Pittsburgh’s offense includes sophomore wide receiver Jordan Addison who has 1,479 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns. Defensively for the Spartans they have senior defensive back Xavier Henderson who has 94 tackles, 10 TFLs and 3 sacks and sophomore defensive back Angelo Grose who has 75 tackles and 6 PBUs. Michigan State’s offense has redshirt junior wide receiver Jayden Reed who holds 946 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns. The Panthers defensively have redshirt junior defensive back Erick Hallett II who has 62 tackles, 8 PBUs and 3 interceptions and redshirt junior defensive lineman Habakkuk Baldonado who has 41 tackles, 12 TFLs and 9 sacks.

Las Vegas Bowl- Arizona State University vs University of Wisconsin 

Got the Badgers against the Sun Devils in Vegas. The Arizona State Offense has redshirt senior running back Rachaad White who has 1,006 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns. The Badgers defensively have junior linebacker Leo Chenal who has 106 tackles, 17 TFLs and 7 sacks and senior defensive back Scott Nelson who possesses 58 tackles and 6 PBUs. The Wisconsin offense includes freshman running back Braelon Allen who has 1,109 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns. Defensively for the Sun Devils they have grad linebacker Kyle Soelle who has 82 tackles, 7.5 TFLs and 3 PBUs and grad defensive back DeAndre Pierce who has 57 tackles and 4 PBUs.
