Aldon Smith has been arrested for felony DUI causing bodily harm to another
Former NFL star pass rusher Aldon Smith is facing prison time after he was arrested again on Monday and booked on a felony DUI charge.
According to TMZ Sports, Smith was booked into a Northern California jail at 7:38 PM on Monday night.
Smith’s bail was set at 50,000 dollars. The pass rusher is due in court on Wednesday.
Smith had tons of talent but could not stay out of trouble. He had a great career with the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders before leaving for Dallas. He had to leave the NFL for a period of time for substance abuse issues.
It is truly sad because Smith had the talents to be a star pass rusher in the NFL.
