Henry Ruggs is already messing up | He missed a required breath test, now is due in court
Henry Ruggs III is just not getting it. He already is dealing with the death of a young woman and her dog because of his actions, and now he is pissing off the courts.
Ruggs’ Judge now wants him in court after he missed a required breath test.
The attorney for Ruggs were in court on Wednesday for another matter when the judge stated that Ruggs failed to provide a breath test earlier this month. Now the Judge wants him in court.
His attorney claims Ruggs has been dutiful, but the Judge did not care. The last thing you want to do is deal with the person that is overseeing your future.
I am not sure how this will pan out but it definitely looks like he is not being dutiful as his attorney claims.
