Exclusive Video moments after Henry Ruggs DUI crash video shows him sobbing and cursing (VIDEO)
An exclusive video obtained by TMZ Sports shows Henry Ruggs on the ground with his girlfriend sobbing and cursing.
Both Ruggs and his girl sit hugging with one another as they cry. He is crying and sobbing and you can hear him scream “F*$(.
“OK. OK, here,” she told Ruggs as she grabbed his face. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry.”
He responded, “F***!!! Stop yelling!!!”
In police documents, Cops say he was going 156 MPH just before the crash. He hit the Toyota at 127 MPH. Prosecutors later said bloodwork showed he had a BAC of .161 more than two times the legal limit of .08.
