1.Montana State University at Eastern Washington University 

If you like good running backs this might be your game. Redshirt senior running back Dennis Merritt of Eastern Washington has 663 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns. For the Bobcats trying to stop Merritt will be senior linebacker Troy Andersen who has 69 tackles, 8 TFLs, and 5 PBUs. Offensively Montana State has junior running back Isaiah Ifanse who has 907 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns. Defensively Eastern Washington has redshirt senior defensive back Calin Criner who has 54 tackles and 6 PBUs.

2.Virginia Military Institute at East Tennessee State University 

This is going to be one awesome SoCon matchup. You can not talk about East Tennessee State without mentioning redshirt junior running back Quay Holmes who has 926 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. Defensively for the Keydets they have junior defensive back Aljareek Malry who has 43 tackles, 5 PBUs and 2 interceptions. Offensively VMI has senior running back Korey Bridy who has 622 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns. East Tennessee State redshirt sophomore linebacker Jalen Porter will be in Bridy’s way who has 24 tackles, 10 TFLs and 6 sacks.

3.Southeastern Louisiana University at University of the Incarnate Word

If you like offense this is a game to see. Incarnate Word sophomore quarterback Cameron Ward has 2,807 passing yards and 26 touchdowns he is one to watch. Defensively for Southeastern Louisiana they have senior linebacker Alexis Ramos who has 48 tackles and 4 PBUs. Offensively for the Lions they also have an intriguing quarterback in senior Cole Kelley who has 2,987 passing yards, 28 touchdown passes, 340 rushing yards and 9 rushing touchdowns. In Kelley’s way for Incarnate Word will be senior linebacker Kelechi Anyalebechi who has 75 tackles, 4 TFLs, 3 forced fumbles and 3 PBUs. 

4.North Dakota State University at South Dakota State University 

Huge game in the MVFC which seeming has a huge game every week but can’t get much bigger than the Dakota Marker game. For the Jackrabbits they have senior running back Pierre Strong Jr who has 986 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns, they also have one of the best tight ends in sophomore Tucker Kraft who has 501 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns. Defensively for the Bison they have sophomore defensive lineman Eli Mostaert who has 25 tackles, 6.5 TFLs and 5.5 sacks. North Dakota State offensively has senior wide receiver Christian Watson who has 506 receiving yards and 6 touchdowns. The Jackrabbits defensively have senior Reece Winkelman who has 19 tackles, 9.5 TFLs, 4.5 sacks and 3 PBUs.

5.Missouri State University at Southern Illinois University 

Another huge MVFC matchup. The Salukis have senior running back Donnavan Spencer who has 336 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns offensively. For the Bears defensively they have senior defensive back Titus Wall who has 56 tackles and 4 PBUs. The Bears offense has redshirt junior quarterback Jason Shelley who has 2,254 passing yards and 16 touchdowns in 2021. Defensively the Salukis have freshman linebacker Jakari Patterson who has 33 tackles and 4 PBUs.
