What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2022 NFL Draft

  • Versatility – Having the ability to switch positions and using my athletic ability to set myself up for success on each play. 

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

  • I would say in elementary school. We would play football every day at every recess on the gravel playground and the simplicity of doing that really sparked my interest in the sport.

 What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

  • That I understand the uphill battle for D2 players in the NFL.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

  • Cancer Society 

What is the best advice you have ever received?

  • W.I.N – What is important now

Who was your childhood hero?

  • Peyton Manning

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

  • TJ Davis 

What is your biggest pet peeve?

  • When athletes do not give their best effort to improve daily.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

  • I broke my ankle my sophomore year in college and that was the first major injury of my life and I had to figure what it was like to rehab and battle back from that.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

  • Nebraska Kearney is a tight-knit athletic department that cares about each athlete and makes everyone feel a part of the family. UNK is special because of the people a part of the University.

What is your favorite snack food?

  • Pretzels 

What is the best part of football?

  • The game of football is fair. The game rewards those who work the hardest.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

  • I am dedicated to the process, striving daily to work any way I can to improve myself on the field.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

  • Ryan Jensen – He was also a D2 college offensive tackle who moved to center. 

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why? 

  1. Jesus Christ – He’s very influential in my life and I base so much of my life with faith and I would love to ask so many different things. 
  2. Elon Musk – He is one of the smartest humans to live and has so many ideas for the future of the human population and I would love to ask him questions and get detailed answers from him. 
  3. Michael Jordan –  His drive to win is incredible and to get a 1 on 1 conversation with him and some insight on his internal drive would be very interesting.
